摘要
学习型的社会使校长的终身发展成为历史的必然。校长的终身发展呈现为不同的阶段性,每一个阶段都有不同的需要。认识校长成长的规律,构建一个包含培训目标、培训模式、培训课程和培训网络的中小学校长培训体系,可以促进中小学校长走向终身发展。
A leaming society makes a principal's lifelong development a historical necessity. Principals' lifelong development appears to have different stages and the requirements of every stage vary. In order to promote principals: lifelong development, it is essential to have an understanding of principals' development law and to construct a training system which includes training objectives, training models, training courses and training network.
