摘要
学习型的社会使校长的终身发展成为历史的必然。校长的终身发展呈现为不同的阶段性,每一个阶段都有不同的需要。认识校长成长的规律,构建一个包含培训目标、培训模式、培训课程和培训网络的中小学校长培训体系,可以促进中小学校长走向终身发展。
A leaming society makes a principal＇s lifelong development a historical necessity. Principals＇ lifelong development appears to have different stages and the requirements of every stage vary. In order to promote principals： lifelong development, it is essential to have an understanding of principals＇ development law and to construct a training system which includes training objectives, training models, training courses and training network.
