摘要
公众对艾滋病的污名和歧视给艾滋病患者带来了巨大的压力,同时阻碍了艾滋病的预防和治疗。社会认知理论认为污名是社会认知偏差的产物,认知是可以不断获得改变和修正的,即通过获得完整且正确的信息来减少对艾滋病的恐惧和歧视,可以通过对公众进行知识教育、虚拟互动、认知训练等项目来降低艾滋病污名。同时,艾滋病患者采取减少自我污名、发挥政策的保障作用等措施能减少艾滋病污名带来的不利影响。
HIV-related stigma puts great pressure on AIDS patients and hinders the prevention and treatment of HIV / AIDS.Social cognitive theory holds that stigma is a product of social cognitive bias.To reduce the fear and discrimination of AIDS,cognitive can be constantly changed and amended by obtaining complete arid correct information.Public education,virtual interaction,cognitive training and other projects can reduce HIV-related stigma.AIDS patients reduce self-stigma and playing a policy of protection can decrease the adverse effects of HIV-related stigma.
