摘要
高职学生创业者增多后,创业团队及其素质凸显出来,而创业警觉性的探讨上升为一个重要问题。创业者的知识和能力结构、成员的关系、管理协调力是分析创业警觉性的出发点;作为创业机会识别的中介,个性特质、先前知识、社会网络关系三个因素影响着创业警觉性;高职的创业警觉性停留在虚拟阶段,造成学生的创业基础知识和技能满足不了创业流程实际需求。建议通过完善创业教育课程、创业教育实践化,不断优化创业警觉性。
As more and more vocational students begin to businesses, their teams and qualities become obvious. It is essential to discuss the alertness of business startups. In order to analyze the alertness of starting a business, the first and most important thing is to familiarize the knowledge, the capacity structure, the member relationship, management, and coordination competence of the entrepreneur. As the medium of identifying the chances of business startups, the alertness of starting a business is influ- enced by the individual characteristics, previous knowledge and social relations. The alertness of start- ing a business, resulted from the contest of business startups, is located in the virtual period, which fails to make the students' basic knowledge and skills satisfy needs of business startups. Therefore, it is suggested that the educational courses of business startups should be improved and practical so that its alertness could be optimized.
