摘要
作为公共治理网络中的一个主体,农民工自组织能够通过组织化手段增强农民工群体的政治、经济、文化、社会功能,合理表达农民工群体的利益诉求,进而可以在公共服务供给、社会秩序维系、冲突矛盾化解等方面发挥积极作用。但农民工自组织的组织增权能力受制于组织身份、组织资源、社会认知等多种因素,我国政府、农民工自组织及其他增权组织应在治理观念、组织管理、互动合作等方面做出相应变革,以提升农民工自组织的增权能力。
As a subject of public governance network, the migrant workers’ self-organization can enhance the politics, economy, culture, social function of the rural workers' groups through the organization, reasonably expressing the interests of migrant workers’ demands, and then it can play a positive role in the public service supply, social order maintenance, conflict resolution and so on. But the organizational empowerment ability of migrant workers’ self-organization is restricted by many factors such as organizational identity, organizational resources, and social cognition and so on. China’ s government, the migrant workers’ self-organization and other empowerment organizations should make corresponding changes in governance concepts, organizational management, interactive cooperation, in order to enhance the capacity of migrant workers from the organization.
