摘要
社会转型期经济的快速发展及其带来的社会稳定问题,是国家与社会共同面临的挑战,健康有序地培育社会组织,是应对这一挑战的关键环节。本文从对社会转型中不稳定因素形成的深层原因分析入手,结合杭州市政府培育"社会复合组织"的探索,就社会组织的社会稳定功能进行探讨,对培育和发展健康有效的社会组织及其运行逻辑提出了一些看法。
Social stability issues brought by the rapid development of economy in social transformation time are the challenges mutually faced by the state and society.The key of the solution is to cultivate social organizations in a healthy and disciplined way.Proceeding from the analysis on the fundamental causes for social instability,combining with the experiment of building 'social composite organizations' by Hangzhou government,this paper explored the socail stability function of social organizations,and provided some suggestions on how to cultivate healthy and effective social organization and the operating logic of the development.
