摘要
目的:观察自拟强力镇眩汤配合西药治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法:选择符合标准的86例患者,随机分为2组,治疗组42例,对照组44例。2组均给予异丙嗪针、倍他司汀片、氟桂利嗪胶囊等药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药强力镇眩汤治疗。2组均以7d为1个疗程,疗程结束评定疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为92.9%,对照组为72.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗梅尼埃病比单用西药疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating Meniere＇ s disease. Methods： 86 patients who met the standard were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （n = 42） and control group （n = 44）. 2 groups were given promethazine needle, metoprost tablets, flunarizine capsules and other drug treatment, Zhenxuan decoction was added in the treatment group as addition. Results： The total effec- tive rate was 92.9% in the treatment group and 72.7% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of Meniere＇s disease with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is more effective than western medicine alone.
