摘要
通过在基础抽出油中剪切分散改性组分(SBS、增粘树脂、增塑剂、降粘剂)制备出了具有改性能力的老化沥青再生剂。性能测试结果表明该文开发的改性再生剂可以对老化沥青起到柔韧性恢复及结构增强的作用,再生后的沥青5℃延度32.5cm,60℃粘度3600Pa·s,粘韧性21.2N·m,韧性17.5N·m,与集料(玄武岩)的粘附性5级,满足多孔沥青混合料对沥青胶结料的性能要求。
In this paper,recycling agent with modification property can be prepared by the modified components of extract oil(SBS,tackifying resin,plasticizer and viscosity reducer).It can improve the flexibility and structure of aged asphalt.5 ℃ductility is 32.5cm,toughness and tenacity is 21.2N·m,toughness is 17.5N·m.All these results meet the requirement of asphalt for porous asphalt mixture.
