摘要
为探究聚氯乙烯(PVC)和纳米二氧化硅(NS)对沥青高温流变性能的影响,文中通过基本物理性能试验、温度扫描试验和多重应力蠕变回复试验进行测试。结果表明PVC和NS的加入可提高沥青的粘度和稠度,降低温度敏感性,但PVC对低温性能有明显劣化影响。此外,改性剂的加入可提高沥青的高温流变性能,提升高温抗永久变形能力,延缓车辙病害的发生。
The physical property,temperature scanning tests,and multiple stress creep recovery tests are conducted to investigate the effects of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and nano-silica(NS)on the high temperature rheological prop⁃erties of asphalt.The results show that the addition of PVC and NS improve the viscosity and consistency of asphalt,and reduce temperature sensitivity,but the low-temperature properties have a deteriorating effectiveness due to the addition of PVC.In addition,the addition of modifiers improves the high temperature rheological properties of as⁃phalt,enhances the high temperature resistance to permanent deformation,and delays the occurrence of rutting dis⁃ease.
