The treatment group had significant changes in uric acid, creatinine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and urea nitrogen after treatment( P〈0. 05),and the control group had a significant change in erythrocyte sedimentation rate after treatment( P〈0. 05); there were significant differences in uric acid and urea nitrogen between the two groups after treatment( P〈0. 05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group had significantly better improvements in cardinal symptoms and significantly lower incidence rates of adverse events( P〈0. 01).
