摘要
高职新生在人生观与价值观、日常生活与行为自律、学习与专业、心理等方面存在诸多问题。高职院校现行的入学教育模式只能解决其中的部分问题。有必要建立导师团队,在思想品德、行为、学业、心理等方面进行全方位引导和教育,助其实现从中学生到大学生的转型。
New students in vocational college have many problems in view of life, value, daily life, self - disci-pline, studies on major, mental health and so on. The current entrance education for new students in vocational col-lege only solves some of them. It is necessary to establish a tutors’ team to give them all - around guidance and edu-cation in aspect of ideology and morality, behavior, study and mental health so as to help them to complete the transformation from middle school students to college students.
