Objective To analyze the effects of early rehabilitation care on the prognosis of postoperative develepment dislocationg of the hip (DDH). Methods From December 2014 to December 2016, 90 children with DDH treated by surgery in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 45 cases in each group. After operation, the control group was treated by routine nursing, the observation group was treated by early rehabilitation nursing. The postoperative efficacy, complications and degree of pain, lower limb motor function and daily life of two groups were compared. Results The clinical curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05). The inci- dence rates of asphyxiation, pressure sores, incisions and respiratory infections in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P〈 0.05). In two groups, the FMA and Barthel scores after operation were higher than those before operation, the VAS score after surgery was lower than that before surgery, and the change of the observation group was more evident, with statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can improve the clinical effect of postoperative children with DDH, reduce complication incidence rate, relieve pain, and improve function of lower extremity and activity of daily living.
