摘要
探讨小儿髋关节内压力与不同体位的关系。用美国Gould公司生产的HD3400多功能生理测定仪,为13具尸体25个髋关节7个不同体位压力进行测定,发现髋关节内压力主要取决于髋关节体位,伸直极度外展内旋位压力最高,为14.68±2.53kPa,屈曲45°外展45°压力最低,为-3.76±1.26kPa,不同关节相同体位压力变化规律相同。小儿髋关节不同体位压力的测定有助于指导先髋脱位闭合复位和化脓性髋关节的体位疗法以及解释髋关节滑膜嵌顿症的发病机理。
In order to study the pressure of the hip at different positions,intra-articular pressures of 7 positions were measured with multiple physiological recording apparatus(Gould HD 3400)on 25 hip joints of pediatric cadavers, The value obtained in the extreme abduction, internal rotation and extension was 14.68±2.53kk,and in 45° abduction and 45°flexion was -3.76 ±1.26kPa.The regularity changes of pressure were observed on different joints,The authors state that changes of intra-articular pressure at different positions might explain the pathogenesis of synovial entrapment of the hip in children,and might guide the posture therapy in CDH and suppurative arthritis of the hip.
