摘要
对16例健康志愿者用连续灌注导管系统进行胃十二肠测压,以了解消化间期移行性复合运动(MMC)的规律。检测时间4~6h。结果显示MMCI期持续时间为127.6±56.4min,Ⅱ期19.9±6.1min,Ⅱ期胃窦部为3.4±1.1min,十二指肠为4.6±2.0min,近端空肠为5.8±3.0,近端空肠与胃窦部比p<0.01。由胃窦至空肠其Ⅲ期收缩频率呈上升趋势,波幅明显上降。MMC平均周期为189.0±69.5min,Ⅲ期传导速度为4.3±1.1cm/min。MMCⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期完整者12例(75.0%),有5例出现两次MMCⅢ期(31.1%)。提示胃十二指肠测压技术是可用于临床以反应胃肠运动功能的可靠方法。
In order to investigate the migrating motor complex (MMC) in human , 16 normal volun- teers had received fasting gastrointestinal manometry for 4-6 hrs. The results showed:the duration of phase I of MMC is 127. 6±56. 4min (x±s ) ,phase Ⅱ 19. 9±6. 1min ,phase Ⅲ 3. 4±1. 1 min at antrum,4.6±2.0 min at duodenum,5.8±3.0 min at proximal jejunum which was significantly longer than at antrum (P<0. 01 ). From antrum to duodenum ,the frequncy of the contractions is increased ,the amplitude decreased. The mean cycle of MMC was 189. 0±69. 5min,the propagation velocity of phase I activities was 4. 26±1.1cm /min 12/16 subject. had normal MMC activities (75%) ,five of them had twice phase Ⅲ of MMC (31.1%). In conclutions,the gastrointestinal manumetry provided a useful method for study- ing gastrointestinal motor function in the clinical practice.
