摘要
针对有关学者研究氮磷比对浮游藻类生长及群落结构的影响所得出的不同结论,选取有代表性的氮磷比,探究氮磷比对藻类生长曲线的影响,为治理湖泊富营养化提供理论基础,同时也为富营养化水体的水华控制提供依据。通过室内控制试验,设置两组氮磷比40∶1和16∶1,研究两种不同氮磷比下的藻类生长曲线。研究结果表明:当环境中的磷充足时,藻类生长的最佳条件氮磷比40∶1要优于氮磷比16∶1;氮磷比在40∶1条件下,TP与Chla的关系曲线为:Y=5.6196 X^(-1.201)(R^2=0.871,P<0.057);TN与Chl-a的关系曲线为:Y=173.87 e^(-0.16x)(R^2=0.9154,P<0.05);TP与TN的关系曲线为:Y=15.18 X+8.1567(R^2=0.9297,P<0.05)。氮磷比在16∶1条件下,TP与Chla的关系曲线为:Y=-37.365 X+31.501(R^2=0.799,P<0.05)。
According to the different conclusions about the impact studies of nitrogen phosphorus ratio on phytoplankton growth and community structure,in order to explore the effects of nitrogen phosphorus ratio on the growth curve of algae,selecting a representative of the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus,it aims to solve eutrophication of lakes and provide a theoretical basis for governance,but also for eutrophication water bloom and provide a theoretical basis for the some control.Through indoor control experiment,two groups of nitrogen and phosphorus ratio 40:1and 16:1were set up to study the growth curves of algae under two different ratios of nitrogen and phosphorus.The results show that,(1)when the phosphorus in the environment is sufficient,the optimum conditions for the growth of nitrogen and phosphorus than 40:1are better than the nitrogen to phosphorus ratio 16:1.(2)Under the condition of 40:1,the relationship curve between TP and Chl A :Y=5.6196X^(1.201).The relationship curve between TN and Chl A :Y=173.87e^(0.16x),and the relationship curve between TP and TN :Y=15.18x+8.1567.Under the condition of 16:1,the relationship curve between TP and Chl A:Y= 37.365x+31.501.
