摘要 目的:通过对某院抗菌药物使用情况与细菌耐药性的研究分析,为抗菌药物的合理使用提供技术支持。方法:调取某院2015年抗菌药物使用量,计算用药频度(DDDs),结合全年住院患者细菌分离及耐药资料进行统计,分析病原菌对抗菌药物的耐药情况。结果:2015年某院抗菌药物DDDs排序中,第三代头孢菌素使用频度最高,同期分离的病原菌以大肠埃希菌检出率最多。结论:第三代头孢菌素类抗菌药物在某院存在不合理使用,医院应进一步加强抗菌药物的规范化管理,尽可能的减少细菌耐药的发生率。 Objective:Through the analysis of antimicrobial drug use and drug resistance of bacteria in a hospital, technical support for the rational use of antimicrobia] drugs is provided.Methods: The amount of antibacterial drug use from a hospital in 2015, calculate the frequency of drug use (DDDs), with the annual hospitalization in patients with bacterial isolation and drug resistance data for statistical analysis, the antimicrobia] resistance of the pathogen of a hospital in 2015.Results: The antibacterial drugs DDDs ranking, the third generation cephalosporins use the highest frequency of the same period, pathogen separation in Escherichia coll. Conclusion: the detection rate of up to third generation cephalosporin antibiotics in a hospital is not reasonable use of medicine. The hospital should further strengthen the standardized management of antibacterial drugs, and reduce the incidence of bacterial resistance as much as possible.
