科技型中小企业创新驱动因素研究——基于WSR-AHP分析法 被引量:9

摘要 在"物理-事理-人理系统方法论"和层次分析法的基础上,建立WSR-AHP分析法,从科技创新、管理创新、人员创新三个方面对科技型中小企业创新驱动因素的指标体系进行了构建,并对其权重进行了测算,通过聚类分析对指标体系的科学性和合理性进行验证。研究表明:企业家的创新精神是企业创新发展的关键,对生产要素进行科学管理仍是企业科技创新的重要内容,以工艺、科技为核心的供给侧创新有待增强。 We established the WSR-AHP analysis based on the Wuli-Shili-Renli (WSR)system approach and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). From the three aspects of scientific and technological innovation, management innovation and personnel innovation, the index system of innovation-driven factors of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology is constructed, and its weight was calculated. With the aid of the cluster analysis method, verified the scientific and rationality of the index system. Research shows: The innovation spirit of entrepreneur is the key to the development of enterprise innovation, scientific management of factors of production is still an important part of technological innovation in enterprises and the supply side of innovation with technology and science as the core needs to be improved.
