LED灯补光对温室内香石竹生物学性状的影响 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】研究大棚设施内不同光质补光对香石竹幼苗及开花株生物学性状的影响。【方法】采用飞利浦发光二极管(Lightemitting diode,LED)顶光模组温室补光。【结果】LED灯补光对幼苗期大花香石竹、多头香石竹和盆栽香石竹无论在株高、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶片数目、还是在芽直径和芽的数目上均比自然光照有所增加,除盆花品种‘Menorca pink’在叶片数目和芽的直径无显著差异外,其余生物学性状都有显著差异。LED灯补光可使香石竹花期提早,增加香石竹花蕾数量,对多头香石竹和盆花香石竹花蕾数量的影响显著,但对大花香石竹花蕾数量无显著影响。此外,LED灯补光还可以显著增加大花和多头香石竹株高,对盆花香石竹的株高无显著影响。【结论】LED灯补光可改善幼苗期香石竹叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶片数目、芽直径和芽的数目等生物学性状,使香石竹株高增加,花蕾数量增多,花期提早。 [ Objective ] The effects of different supplemental light on biological characters of carnation seedlings and flowering plants in greenhouse were studied. [ Method ] Philps Light-emitting diode top module in the greehouse supplied light was used. [ Result] The plant height, leaf length, leaf width, number of leaves, shoots diameter and number of shoots of seedling standard carnation, spray carnation and pot carnation under LED supplemental light were higher than that on the natural light. There were no significant differences on the number of leaves and the diameter of buds of pot carnation varieties ' Menorca pink' , and the other biological traits were significant differences. LED supple- mental light could make carnation bloom early, increase the amount of buds on spray carnation and pot carnation, but there were no significant impact on the number of standard carnation buds. In addition, the light supplementation of LED could also significantly increase the plant height of the standard and spray carnation, which had no significant effects on the pot carnation. [ Conclusion ] LED supplemental light could improve the leaf length, leaf width, number of leaves, bud diameter, number of buds and other biological characters of seedling carnation, increase carnation plant height and number of buds, and make carnation bloom early.
