摘要
"一带一路"战略形势下,市场经济模式带动各行各业的发展思路发生较大转变.社会的需求需要健身与保健专业的设置、教学、人才培养模式向产业化方向发展.健身与保健专业毕业生的就业途径已进入正常的"双向选择"轨道.如何把握市场对本专业人才的需求以及专业产业化与高校社会体育专业发展之间保持一种相对的平衡,是健身与保健专业发展所追求的目标.研究健身与保健专业与市场需求相结合、提高就业率,已经成为目前高校社会体育专业可持续发展面临的一个重要课题.
Under the situation of ＂The Belt and Road＂, great changes have taken place in the development of every walks of life driv- en by the market economic mode. Fitness and health specialty needs to be industrialized in the aspect of professional setting, teaching and talent training mode to meet the social demands. As the employment of graduates has been a two-way choice, the pursuit of the specialty is to keep a relative balance between how to grasp the social demands for talent, along with the industrialization anti the de- velopment of social sports specialty in the university. Therefore, it has been an important subject for the sustainable development of the specialty to study the social demands and promote the employment.
