摘要
润燥止痒胶囊的主要成分是何首乌、制何首乌、生地黄、桑叶、苦参、红活麻,具有养血滋阴,祛风止痒、润肠通便的功效,主要用于血虚风燥所致的皮肤瘙痒,痤疮,便秘等症。说明书中对该药不良反应的描述为尚不明确,禁忌亦为尚不明确。该例不良反应为1例口服润燥止痒胶囊引起药物性肝损伤(DILI)导致住院,属于新的严重不良反应,本文将对此例典型病例进行详细描述及分析,为润燥止痒胶囊的临床合理使用提供参考。
The main components of Runzao Zhiyang capsule consist of Polygoni multiflori, radix Polygoni multiflori, radix rehmanniae, radix Sophoraeflavescentis, Mulberry leaf, Honghuoma, with nourishing Yin and Qufengzhiyang laxative effect, which is mainly used for skin itching, acne and constipation. The description of the adverse reactions and contraindication to this drug in the specification is not yet clear. The adverse drug reaction in this case belongs to a new serious one and can finally result in hospitalization due to drug-induced liver injury （DILI） by oral Runzao Zhiyang capsule. This typical case is introduced and analyzed in detail so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of Runzao Zhiyang capsule.
