摘要
基于2000—2015年中国31个省市的面板数据,运用协整检验和差分GMM估计方法实证分析了全国以及东、中、西、东北地区省域金融发展、城镇化与城乡居民收入差距之间的静态和动态关系。结果表明:全国、东、中、西和东北地区金融发展、城镇化与城乡居民收入差距存在长期均衡关系,金融发展规模、城镇化缩小了城乡居民收入差距,金融发展效率扩大了其差距。城镇化具有显著的中介效应,就全国而言,金融发展规模、发展效率影响城镇化水平,缩小了城乡居民收入差距;对于西部地区,仅金融发展效率影响城镇化水平进而缩小了其差距。从动态关系来看,城乡居民收入差距具有路径依赖,东部地区呈现扩大趋势,西部地区其差距正逐渐缩小。
This article is based on 2000-2015 panel data of 31 provinces in China, using Co-integration test and Difference GMM estimation method to empirical analysis on the static and dynamic relationship among financial development, urbanization and the urban and rural residents＇ income gap in eastern, central, west, northeast of China. The results show that in eastern, central, west and northeast China, there is a long-term equilibrium relationship among financial development,urbanization and urban and rural residents＇ income, financial development scale, the urbanization to narrow the income gap of residents in urban and rural financial development efficiency expanded its gap. Urbanization has a significant intermediation effect, and in the case of the whole country, the scale of the financial development affects the level of urbanization, thus reducing the income gap between urban and rural residents. For the national and western regions, the impact of financial development on urbanization has narrowed the income gap between urban and rural residents. The income gap between urban and rural residents have a path dependent, and the gap is widening in the eastern, and it is gradually decreasing in the west. Accordingly, the relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
