膨胀管外紫铜密封模块有限元分析与试验研究

摘要 为使膨胀管技术适合深井、热采井等高温井,可选紫铜作为密封模块进行密封和悬挂。通过对膨胀管外紫铜密封模块进行建模及有限元分析,得到紫铜密封模块过盈量、长度和厚度对膨胀力和悬挂力的影响。膨胀所需最大膨胀力和悬挂力随着紫铜密封模块长度及厚度的增大而逐渐增大,由于直线度、壁厚均匀度、椭圆度以及与膨胀锥同心度等因素影响,试验测得的膨胀力和悬挂力的试验值与有限元模拟值有10%左右的误差。 The technology of expansion tube based on copper ring seal is studied in order to make the expansion pipe technology suitable for the production requirements of high temperature wells and deep wells. Through finite element analysis of the expansion pipe and copper seal module,the relationship between wring, copper ring length, thickness and suspension force, the force of expan- sion is obtained. When the expansion cone reaches the position of the copper ring, the maximum expansion driving force increases as the wring, the length of the seal and the thickness of the cop- per ring increased. With the increase of the wring,the length of the copper ring and the thickness of the copper ring, the suspension force of a single copper ring increases gradually. Because of the influence of the linear degree, the wall thickness uniformity, the ellipse degree and the concentric degree of the expansion cone,the results of the test and the suspension force were about 10% of the error of the finite element simulation.
