摘要 目的研制一种取材方便、操作简单、监测精确、适用于机械通气患者人工气道气囊压力实时连续动态监测的装置。方法通过对机械通气患者人工气道气囊压力管理要求的研究,根据医疗设备的功能、结合监护仪的压力模块、监护模块以及支撑模块的临床操作规范来进行组装设计。结果人工气道气囊压力持续监测装置研制成功后,适用于所有人工气道患者气囊压力监测。结论人工气道气囊压力持续监测装置可实时连续动态精密监测人工气道气囊压力,及时提醒医务人员进行气囊压力调整,避免气囊压力过高或压力不足的并发症。 Objective A device for real-time continuous dynamic monitoring of artificial airway gasbag pressure in mechanical ventilation patients was developed. Methods Through the study of mechanical ventilation for patients with artificial airway gasbag pressure management, according to the medical equipment's function, combined with the pressure monitor module, monitoring module and support module of clinical operation norm to assemble design. Results After the successful development of the artificial airway gasbag pressure monitoring device, it was suitable for monitoring the gasbag pressure of all artificial airway patients. Conclusion Artificial airway gasbag pressure monitoring device can real-time continuous dynamic precision monitoring of artificial airway gasbag pressure continues, timely remind the medical staff to adjust air pressure, to avoid complications caused by high or low air pressure.
