摘要
目的总结ICU置管患者意外拔管的发生原因。方法回顾性分析32例次发生意外拔管的相关因素及处理措施。结果发生意外拔管的原因有多方面,除护理不当外,还与以下因素有关:患者意识状态,留置管道的数目,患者的年龄及时段,患者的心理需求及意志力,家属的误解及干预等。结论通过选择适当有效的固定方法,努力减轻患者不适,提供必要的心理支持,增加对老年患者夜间巡视次数等护理对策,有助于减少意外拔管的发生。
Objective To summarize the causes of unexpectedly drawn tubes in patients of ICU. Method We retrospectively analyzed the relative factors and management measures of unexpectedly drawn tubes in 32 cases. Results Apart from inappropriate nursing, many other factors are related with the occurrence of unexpectedly drawn tubes, including consciousness of patients, number of tubes, age and will power of patients, psychological demand of patients, comprehension and interferences of patients' family members. Conclusion We can effectively reduce the rate of unexpectedly drawn tubes through choosing the proper fixation methods, decreasing discomfort of the patients, providing necessary mental support and increasing the frequency of patrolling.
