摘要 以海泡石、煤油和乳化剂为原料,制备印花糊料。对比三种不同品位海泡石的制糊、调浆和印花性能。结果表明,以高品位海泡石制备的印花糊料性能较好,但用于调制印花色浆后性能优势减弱。在织物印花性能上三者没有显著差异,都能达到生产要求。考虑到现行加工工序及企业运行成本,建议在实际应用中以中等品位海泡石为主。 The printing paste is prepared with sepiolite, kerosene and emulsifier as raw materials, and the properties of three different grades of sepiolite are compared in paste preparation, colorant and printing. The results show that the performance of paste prepared with high grade sepiolite is better, but the advantage of high grade sepiolite is decreased after it is used to prepare colorant. The printing performances of fabrics printed with three different grades sepiolites have no obvious difference, which can meet the productions requirements. Considering the current process and operation cost, it is suggested that the medium grade sepiolite should be chosen as raw material in practical application.
