摘要
总结了黏土矿物在纺织中的应用现状。归纳了黏土矿物的类别和性质,总结了高岭土、蒙脱土、膨润土、海泡石及凹凸棒土等常见黏土矿物在纺织染整加工中的研究应用进展。指出:黏土矿物比表面积较大,吸附性能优良,取材广泛,在浆纱、染色、后整理等方面已有研究,具有良好的促进作用。认为:应加快黏土矿物产业推广,拓展其在纺织行业中新的应用方向。
Application of clay minerals in textile was summarized. The classification and properties of clay minerals were introduced. The applications and research development of clay minerals including kaolin, montmorillonite, bentonite, sepiolite, attapulgite in textile dyeing and finishing process were summarized. It is pointed that clay minerals have the ad- vantages of larger surface area, better adsorption property and extensive material obtainment. The research which is in sizing,dyeing and finishing have a significant enhancing effect. It is considered that it should accelerate and expand the new application of clay minerals industry the new application in textile industry.
