摘要
思政课是确保民办高职院校坚持社会主义人才培养方向的重要"精神领地"。思政课师资是民办高职思政教育的最基础、最重要的供给侧。民办高职院校进高精尖人才难、留高精尖人才难,培养"通才"师资更是难上加难。这决定了民办高职思政课师资建设应以"育才为主",而且是以"育专才"为主,发挥各专才的整体合力。"育专才"理念下的"一课多师"教学模式或许是一条有效解决民办高职师资供给侧问题的新范式。
Ideological and political course is an important ＂spiritual territory＂ to ensure private higher vocational colleges adhere to the direction of the socialist talents. The teachers are the most basic and important supply side of education. It is difficult for private higher vocational colleges to introduce excellent talents, and keep excellent talents. To cultivate ＂generalist＂ teachers is more difficult. This determines the teaching team construction should be based on talents cultivation, and focus on the specialized talents cultivation and give full play to the overall efforts of the specialized talents. The teaching mode of one course taught by the teaching team under the specialized talents cultivation concept is a new pattern to effectively solve the teaching staff supply of private higher vocational colleges.
