摘要
为科学推进我国农产品质量安全追溯体系建设,依据我国农产品质量追溯系统的建设背景,从我国农产品质量安全追溯法规和技术规范的制定、追溯体系的建设及应用等方面对我国农产品质量安全追溯体系的建设现状进行归纳总结,并针对各行业产品间存在的信息封闭、一维条码标签信息量较小、生产企业间配合有限和职能部门监管力度较弱等问题提出了相应发展对策建议。
In order to scientifically promote the quality safety traceability system construction of agricultural products in China, according to the construction background of quality safety traceability system of agricultural products in China, in this paper the authors summarized the system from following aspects： Formulation of laws and regulations, technical specifications, construction and application of the traceability system.And corresponding development strategies and suggestions were proposed in allusion to the following problems： Message block among various industry products, small amount of information in one-dimensional bar code tag, limited coordination among manufacturing enterprises, weak supervision of functional departments.
