大果藤黄乙醇提取物的降血脂与抗氧化性 被引量:3

摘要 为充分挖掘大果藤黄的药用功能,利用超声波辅助提取大果藤黄果的活性成分,通过两性霉素B-细胞模型观察大果藤黄乙醇提取物(EG)对细胞内胆固醇生物合成的抑制作用,检测中国仓鼠卵细胞(CHO)的存活率;采用灌胃血脂康和不同剂量的EG建立高脂大鼠模型,测定血清、肝脏和心脏中的胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白以及磷脂含量。结果表明:EG能明显抑制胆固醇生物合成,不同治疗组能明显降低血清、肝脏和心脏中的胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度胆固醇(LDH)的含量和增加高密度胆固醇(HDL)和磷脂的含量;同时,EG也能明显降低肝组织中的MDA含量和提高SOD、CAT和GSH含量。大果藤黄的乙醇提取物具有较好的降血脂和抗氧化效果。 To fully excavate the medicinal function of G.pedunculata, the extract from G.pedunculata was obtained by ultrasound-assisted extraction.The amphoterin B cell model was set up to detect the inhibition effect of EG on the cholesterol biosynthesis in cultured Chinese hamster oocytes(CHO) cells.Establishment of high fat rat model with perfusion of stomach, xuezhikang and different dosage of EG.The levels of cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein and phospholipids were separated in serum, liver and heart.Results: EG could significantly inhibit the cholesterol biosynthesis in cell, EG could decrease the content of TC, TG and LDH, but increase the content of HDL and phospholipid in serum.EG had the same result to the TC, TG and phospholipid in liver and heart.And EG could decrease the content of MDA and increase the content of SOD, CAT and GSH in liver.EG was a nature herb with potential hypolipidemic and antioxidant activity.
