摘要
江苏省老龄化形势严峻,养老服务需求呈现出向高层次、专业化、多元化发展态势,养老人员结构和素质目前仍是制约养老服务发展的瓶颈问题。文章对江苏省养老服务人员现状进行综述,并提出高层次应用型专业人才培养展望。
The situation of aging in Jiangsu province is severe, and the demand for service for elderly care service showed a trend of high level, specialization and diversification. The structure and quality of the elderly care providers are still the problem restricting the development of the service. This paper summarizes the present situation of the elderly care providers in Jiangsu province, and puts forward the prospect of high-level and applied experts training system.
