摘要
目的探讨干燥综合征(sjogren syndrome,SS)患者唇腺组织SSA抗体、SSB抗体及SS56的表达及临床意义。方法选择2012年2月—2015年2月第四军医大学西京医院收治的SS 50例作为SS组,同期该院收治的非SS自身免疫性疾病100例作为非SS组,同期在该院体检中心体检的健康体检者50例作为健康组。观察比较SS组及非SS组SSA抗体、SSB抗体和SS56阳性情况,SS组、非SS组及健康组SSA抗体、SSB抗体和SS56灰度值,以及SS56阴、阳性SS患者临床特征和实验室检查结果。结果 SS组SSA抗体、SSB抗体和SS56阳性率明显高于非SS组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SS组、非SS组及健康组SSA抗体、SSB抗体和SS56灰度值总体比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康组SSA抗体、SSB抗体和SS56灰度值均高于SS组和非SS组,SS组SSA抗体、SSB抗体和SS56灰度值均高于非SS组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血红细胞、血红蛋白SS56阴性SS患者高于SS56阳性SS患者,红细胞沉降率SS56阴性SS患者低于SS56阳性SS患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SSA抗体、SSB抗体及SS56在SS患者唇腺组织中均阳性表达,可作为SS的诊断指标。
Objective To investigate expressions and clinical significances of SSA antibody, SSB antibody and SS56 in labial gland tissues of patients with sjogren＇＇s syndrome （SS）.Methods A total of 50 SS patients admitted during February 2012 and February 2015 were selected as SS group, while other 100 patients with non-ss autoimmune disease at the same period were selected as non-SS group, and 50 healthy people taking medical examination for health at the same period were selected as health group.Positive rates of SSA antibody, SSB antibody and SS56 between SS group and non-SS groups, grayscale values of SSA antibody, SSB antibody and SS56 among the three groups, and clinical features and laboratory examination results between negative and positive SS patients were compared.Results Positive rates of SSA antibody, SSB antibody and SS56 in SS group were significantly higher than those in non-SS group （P〈0.05）.The differences in grayscale values of SSA antibody, SSB antibody and SS56 were statistically significant among the three groups （P〈0.05）.Grayscale values of SSA antibody, SSB antibody and SS56 in health group were significantly higher than those in non-SS and SS groups, and the grayscale values of SSA antibody, SSB antibody and SS56 in SS group were significant higher than those in non-SS group （P〈0.05）.In negative SS56 SS patients, red blood cell （RBC） and hemoglobin levels were significantly higher, while erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） was significantly lower than those in positive SS56 SS patients （P〈0.05）.Conclusion SSA antibody, SSB antibody and SS56 show positive expressions in labial glands tissues of patients with SS, and therefore they can be used as diagnostic indexes for SS.
