摘要
目的:观察益气复健汤联合西医常规治疗脑出血偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:将194例脑出血偏瘫患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组用药基础上加用益气复健汤治疗,药物组成:黄芪150 g,川芎、丹参各25 g,天麻、杜仲、赤芍、桃仁、牛膝各15 g,红花、胆南星、水蛭、地龙各10 g,蜈蚣2条,通草3 g,桂枝6 g,炙甘草6 g。两组均治疗1个月。观察两组患者临床疗效、肌力变化和治疗前后患肢的fugl meyer量表评分、改良Barthel指数评分和老年人身体移动量表评分情况。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,研究组有效率为96.91%高于对照组86.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.812,P<0.05);研究组治疗后肌力显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后fugl meyer量表评分、改良Barthel指数评分、老年人身体移动量表评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气复健汤可以有效促进脑出血偏瘫患者的恢复,提高患者的肌力和患肢活动能力。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy in cerebral hemoxThage with hemiplegia patients rehabilitation application YiqiFujian decoction and conventional Western medicine therapy. Methods ： 194 cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia were ran-domly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was given routine Western medicine, and the studygroup was treated with Yiqi Fujian decoction based on the control group, composition： Huangqi （Astragalus） 150 g, Chuanxiong（Ligusticum Wallichii） 25 g,Danshen（Salvia） 25 g,Tianma（Rhizoma Gastrodiae） 15 g, Duzhong（Eucommia） 15 g, Chishao（ Red Peony Root） 15 g, Taoren （ Peach Kernel） 15 g, Niuxi （ Radix Cyathulae） 15 g, Honghua （Safflower） 10 g, Dannanxing （ BileArisaema ） 10 g, Shuizhi （ Leech ） 10 g, Dilong （Earthworm） 10 g, Wugong （Centipede） 2 pieces, Tongcao （ Tetrapanax Papyriferus ）3 g, Guizhi（ Cassia Twig） 6 g, Zhigancao（ Honey-fried Licorice Root）6 g. The two groups were treated for 1 months. Observed theclinical efficacy of the two groups, patients with muscle strength changes, and Fugl Meyer score of the injured limb, modified Bar-thel index score and elderly mobility scale score of patients before and after treatment. Results：The effective rate of study groupwas 96.91% higher than that of control group 86.60% （X2 -- 6.812, P 〈 O. 05 ） ; after treatment, muscle strength of the study groupwas significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 O. 05 ） ; after treatment, fugl meyer score, modified Barthel index score, and theelderly body movement scores of the study group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Fujian decoction can effectively promote the rehabilitation of cerebral hemorrhage with hemiplegiapatients,improve muscle strength and limb activity.Reference citation： GUO Xinxia.
