摘要
在当前的卫生行政执法环境下,"引诱性执法"的目的是为了维护人民群众的身体健康,存在一定的合理性。然而,由于"引诱性执法"存在先天的缺陷,因此容易异化,应当遵循一定的原则加以限定,以更好地实现依法行政、执法为民。
In the current health administrative law enforcement environment, the purpose of ＂Induced law en- forcement ＂is to maintain the health of the people, there is a certain rationality. However, because of the congenital defects of＂Induced law enforcement ＂and it＇s dissimilation, it＇s necessary to limit the ＂Induced law enforcement ＂ according to certain principles, in order to better implement the administration according to law, law enforcement for the people.
