摘要
传统的维生素营养主要研究维生素的需要量、缺乏症及其预防。目前,有关水产动物维生素营养的研究,主要集中在维生素调控机体免疫功能,改善肌肉品质,提高繁殖性能等方面。今后,应加强不同生理阶段、不同环境条件和不同生产目的下的维生素需要量研究。
The traditional research of vitamin nutrition focuses on the requirement, the deficiency and the deficiency prevention of vitamins. At present, studies on vitamins nutrition in aquatic： animals mainly concentrate on the regulation of immune function, the improvement of flesh quality and reproductive performance. Aquatic animals present different vitamins requirement at various stage, under varying environmental conditions and for diverse production purposes, which need further studies in the future.
