摘要
宽板连铸机的安装精度直接影响到连铸机生产铸坯的质量、连铸机使用寿命、能介消耗以及生产成本,最终影响企业经济效益等。为此本文结合Mobarakeh Steel Company板坯连铸机((900~2000)X(200/220/250))的安装实践,对宽板连铸机安装过程的重点和难点进行了分析和研讨。
The installation precision is directly affect the quality of casting blank produced by continuous casting machine, the life cycle of continuous casting machine, energy and medium consumption, production cost, which finally affect the economic benefits of the enterprise. The important and difficult points of wide slab continuous casting machine in the installation process is analyzed and discussed combining with the installation practice of Mobarakeh Steel Company slab casting machine （ （900-2000） X （200/220/250））.
