摘要
环京津贫困地区劳动力存在技能水平较低和非农就业机会减少等问题,对地区脱贫致富造成阻碍。通过对环京津贫困地区自然资源、农村劳动力资源禀赋状况的分析,根据农村劳动力转移与培训现状,发掘农村劳动力就业培训诉求,提出保障就业及培训的对策建议。
Because the low level of labor skills and the reduction of non-agricultural employment opportunities in poverty areas around Beijing and Tianjin obstruct, causing some obstacles to the prosperity of the region. Based on the analysis of the natural resources and rural labor resource endowments in the poverty areas around Beijing and Tianjin, the article finds the demand of the employment training according to the current situation of rural labor transfer and training, and puts forward some suggestions on the guarantee of employment and training.
