摘要
文章通过说明煤矿井下开采薄煤层时顺槽转载设备存在的高度与运输能力不相匹配的问题,提出了通过合理配套薄煤层转载机与顺槽胶带机自移机尾及工作面刮板输送机的方法来降低顺槽设备高度的方案,阐述了薄煤层转载机链轮、刮板等主要元部件设计时要解决的关键问题。
This paper explains the problem that the height of stage loader does not match the transportation capacity in the mining of thin coal seam, and puts forward a method for reducing the height of equipment in the crossheading by reasonably connecting the thin coal seam stage loader with belt conveyor and scraper conveyor. Then it expounds the key problems to be solved in the design of the main components of stage loader.
