摘要
我国快递企业在国家经济发展中起了非常重要的作用。因为客户满意度直接影响着快递企业在行业当中的竞争力,本文以顺丰快递为研究对象,采用问卷调查与SPSS分析方法,对其客户满意度4个不同维度进行相关分析,并给出提高客服满意度的相应对策。
China's express delivery enterprises play a very im- portant role in the national economic development, because customer satisfaction directly affects the competitiveness of ex- press delivery enterprises in the industry, this paper took SF express as the research object, through questionnaire investiga- tion and SPSS analysis, made the correlation analysisfour from different dimensions of customer satisfaction, and gave the corresponding countermeasures to improve customer satisfaction.
