摘要
介绍了基于面阵CCD的振动非接触测量系统的原理和结构。对系统参数的确定方法和系统所采集的序列运动图像的处理方法进行了分析。
The principle and the component of a nocontact measuring system based on charge coupled device is introduced.The method of system parament ensuring and image sequence processing is analyzed.Moreover,the system of reliability is proved by experience.
