摘要
目的:观察中医综合护理对尿毒症血透患者生活质量及满意度的影响。方法:选取尿毒症血透患者82例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各41例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医综合护理干预,持续护理3个月。统计两组护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,记录两组护理前后短式生活质量调查表(SF-36)评分,比较两组护理满意度,观察两组护理中出现的并发症。结果:护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均较护理前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感功能、心理健康等SF-36各维度评分均较护理前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度为95.12%,显著高于对照组68.29%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为26.83%,显著低于对照组63.41%(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理可显著改善尿毒症血透患者生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective： To investigate the effect of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing on quality of life and satisfaction in patients with uremic hemodialysis. Methods： The 82 patients with uremic hemodialysis were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, and the nursing lasted for 3 months. The self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）, self-rating depression scale （SDS） and the short form （36） health survey （SF-36） scores of 2 groups before and after nursing were recorded, the degree of satisfaction of the 2 groups were compared, and the complications during the nursing intervention were observed. Results： After nurs- ing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before the nursing （P〈0.05）, and the study group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; After nursing, physiological function, physical limitations, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health scores of SF-36 of the 2 groups were significantly increased than before nursing （P〈0.05）, and the study group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）; The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 68.29% （P〈0.05）; the complication rate of the study group was 26.83%, which is significantly lower than that of the control group 63.41% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehen- sive traditional Chinese medicine nursing can significantly improve the quality of life of uremic hemodialysis pa- tients and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
