摘要
目的分析综合护理对降低尿毒症患者血透并发症发生率的效果。方法选取2017年11月至2018年11月期间我院收治的尿毒症患者140例,根据护理方法不同分为对照组(65例)和试验组(75例)。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予综合护理。比较两组患者的护理满意度和并发症发生率。结果护理后,试验组的护理满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组的78.46%(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的18.46%(P<0.05)。结论对尿毒症血透患者采用综合护理,能够降低患者的并发症发生率,提高其护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on reducing the incidence of hemodialysis complications in patients with uremia.Methods 140 cases of patients with uremia admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected and divided into control group(65 cases)and experimental group(75 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing satisfaction degree and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 96.00%,significantly higher than 78.46%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the experimental group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 18.46%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing in patients with uremia and hemodialysis can reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
