摘要
客都民意警务的产生有着其特殊的历史、文化、经济和法治基础,并逐步建立了"民意主导警务、民意支撑警务、民意评价警务"三大机制。在客都民意警务的实践中出现了民意诉求的多元化、高标准化、网络化与警务理念的法治化、服务化、主动适应等发展趋势,也促使客都民意警务不断进行改革,进一步向互联网+微警务的民意主导模式、城乡社区警务1+N的民意支撑模式、客观公正的民意评价体系等方向努力探索。
The emergence of public opinion policing has its special historical, cultural, economic and legal basis. Three mechanisms ＂ public opinion dominating police, public opinion supporting police, public opinion evaluating police＂ are gradually established. In practice, the development trend such as diversification, high standardization and networking in public opinion and the police concept of law and service and positively adaptation appears. The real situation helps do some reform and exploration on public opinion leading mode in networking Micro- Policing, public opinion supporting mode in urban and rural community police 1＋ N and the objective and impartial evaluation system.
