摘要
目的评价研究针灸干预血液透析失衡综合征患者疗效。方法对郑州市中医院肾病风湿科2013年12月-2015年12月收治的90例血液透析失衡综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为单纯药物干预组(n=30)、单纯针灸干预组(n=30)和针灸加药物干预组(n=30)3组,对3组患者的临床疗效、Hb、Hct、SF、TSAT进行统计分析。结果针灸加药物干预组患者治疗的总有效率96.7%(29/30)显著高于单纯药物干预组、单纯针灸干预组73.3%(22/30)、76.7%(23/30)(P<0.05),Hb、Hct、SF、TSAT均显著高于单纯药物干预组、单纯针灸干预组(P<0.05)。结论针灸加药物干预血液透析失衡综合征患者疗效较单纯针灸干预、单纯药物干预好。
Objective To evaluate and study of therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the intervention of patients with hemodialysis disequilibrium syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of patients with hemodialysis disequilibrium syndrome in Department of rheumatism in Zhengzhou TCM Hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, these patients were divided into simple drug intervention group （n=30）, simple acupuncture and moxibustion intervention group （n=30） and drug＋ acupuncture and moxibustion intervention group （n=30） three groups according to the random table, the clinical efficacy, Hb, Hct, SF, TSAT of the three groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total efficiency of the drug＋acupuncture and moxibustion intervention group 96.7% （29/30） was significantly higher than the simple drug intervention group, simple acupuncture and moxibustion intervention group 73.3% （22/30）, 76.7% （23/30） （P〈0.05）, the Hb, Hct, SF, TSAT were significantly higher than the simple drug intervention group, simple acupuncture and moxibustion intervention group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of drug combinded with acupuncture and moxibustion intervention of patients with hemodialysis disequilibrium syndrome is better than simple acupuncture and moxibustion intervention, simple drug intervention.
