摘要
氧化铝粉体、块体制备过程中需要用到大量的高温烧结设备,随着科学技术的不断发展,信息技术相比以前有了明显地提高,机电一体化技术越来越多的被应用在工业生产中。本文对氧化铝生产过程中所使用的高温烧结设备的温控热电偶的温度测量系统进行了智能设计,结果表明通过自补偿法设计的控温仪表可有效地控制整个氧化铝烧结过程中的温度。
Preparation of high temperature sintering equipment need to use a large number of process alumina powder, block system, with the development of science and technology, information technology has greatly improved compared to the previous, electromechanical integration technology is increasingly used in industrial production. The temperature control thermocouple temperature measurement system of high temperature sintering equipment was used in alumina production process of intelligent design. The results show that the temperature control instrument self-compensation design method can effectively control the temperature in the sintering process of alumina.
