摘要
氧化铝生产中,母液蒸发多采用降膜蒸发与闪蒸相结合技术。相同的蒸发技术,不同的蒸发流程也会产生不同的能耗。本文对比了两种不同六效母液蒸发流程的能耗及经济指标,并结合生产实际的运行数据进行全面分析,为氧化铝生产中母液蒸发设计提供参考。
In alumina refineries, combining falling film evaporating technique with flash evaporation technique is extensively used for the spent liquor evap-oration. Even the same evaporation technique is used, and the consumption is different by the different process. In this paper the consumed energy and theeconomical index are compared and analyzed combining with actual production data, it can provide reference in design.
