摘要
为明确‘张杂谷3号’的抗旱高产机理,本试验以杂交谷子品种‘张杂谷3号’和常规谷子品种‘大同29’为试验材料,在人工控制遮雨棚的旱池栽培条件下,于谷子拔节期进行干旱胁迫后复水处理试验,测定了2个谷子叶片的光合指标、叶绿素荧光参数(初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)、PSII原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学猝灭系数(qP))、以及产量。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫天数的增加,‘张杂谷3号’和‘大同29’的Pn、Fv/Fm、Fv′/Fm′、qP、ФPSII均有下降趋势,但与‘大同29’相比,‘张杂谷3号’下降的百分率少:在干旱胁迫后21d,‘张杂谷3号’的Pn、Fv/Fm、Fv′/Fm′、ФPSII、qP分别下降5.83%,0.98%,9.48%,9.70%和14.76%,‘大同29’分别下降29.06%,3.05%、21.08%、15.35%和13.81%。复水后‘张杂谷3号’和‘大同29’的光合速率均有一定恢复,但‘张杂谷3号’明显的优于‘大同29’,在复水后21d,‘张杂谷3号’除ФPSII外,其它荧光参数分别恢复至比对照(正常供水)低0%,0.24%,0.74%,7.37%,-1.92%(高于对照水平);‘大同29’分别恢复至比对照低27.98%,2.81%,8.71%,12.65和6.20%。‘张杂谷3号’的产量比对照降低了18.61%,‘大同29’比对照降低了58.58%,表明‘张杂谷3号’较常规谷子有较强的抗旱性。
To study the drought-resistant and high-yield mechanism of hybrid millet,the influence of drought stress and rewatering on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of hybrid millet were studied in this trial.The results indicated that:the photosynthetic parameters Pn,Fv/Fm,Fv′/Fm′,ФPSII and qP of‘Zhangzagu 3'decreased less than ‘Datong 29'within 21 days of drought stress and restored more than‘Datong 29'after rewatering 7ds,14 ds and 21 ds respectively.The Pn,Fv/Fm,Fv′/Fm′,ФPSII and qP of‘Zhangzagu 3'declined 5.83%,0.98%,9.48%,9.70%and 14.76%respectively than control after 21 days of drought stress;While the Pn,Fv/Fm,Fv′/Fm′,ФPSII and qP of ‘Datong 29'declined29.06%,3.05%,21.08%,15.35%and 13.81%respectively after 21 days of drought stress.After rewatering for 21 ds,the Pn,Fv/Fm,Fv′/Fm′,ФPSII and qPof‘Zhangzagu 3'restored to 0%,0.24%,0.74%,7.37% and-1.92%less than control respectively;the Pn,Fv/Fm,Fv′/Fm′,ФPSII and qP of ‘Datong29'can only restored to 27.98%,2.81%,8.71%,12.65 and 6.20% less than control.After harvesting,‘Zhangzagu 3'has larger spike mass,higher 1,000-grain mass and yield than‘Datong 29'after 21 ds drought stress in jointing stage.
