摘要
随着铁路向现代物流转型发展的不断深入,铁路保价运输业面临诸多挑战。为促进新时期保价运输的发展,以呼和浩特铁路局为例,概述保价运输现状,分析保价运输面临的形势及存在的问题,提出加强大客户管理、加强保价业务营销宣传、加强保价营销激励、加强保价业务培训等促进铁路保价运输发展的对策,以提升保价品牌市场影响力,促进保价运输持续健康发展。
Following with continuous development of railway transferring to modern logistics, railway value-insured transportation industry faces many challenges. In order to promote development of valueinsured transportation in new period, taking Hohhot Railway Administration as an example, this paper summarizes status of value-insured transportation, analyzes the situation and problems existing in the transportation, and puts forward countermeasures of promoting railway value-insured transportation development, which means strengthening the major customer management, value insurance business marketing and propaganda, the excitation on value insurance marketing and the value insurance business training, so as to increase market influence power of value insurance brand and promote sustainable and sound development of value-insured transportation.
