摘要
目的:优化利咽颗粒提取工艺条件。方法:通过正交试验分别考察水提工艺中加水量、提取时间、提取次数对黄芩苷转移率、干膏得率的影响,以及醇沉工艺中乙醇浓度、水提浓缩液的相对密度、醇沉时间对黄芩苷转移率的影响。结果:最佳水提工艺为10倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h;最佳醇沉工艺为:滤过后的水提取液浓缩至相对密度为1.13~1.15(80℃),加乙醇使含醇量达70%,静置12 h。结论:优选出的最佳提取工艺稳定可行,为利咽颗粒的生产提供相关依据及参考。
Objective: The study aimed to optimize the extraction technology of Liyan granules. Method: The orthogonal experiments were carried out to study the water extraction and alcohol precipitation process of Liyan granules. In the water extraction technology, the influence of the amount of water, extraction time and extraction times on baicalin transfer rate and dry paste yield was investigated. In alcohol precipitation technology, the influence of alcohol concentration, the relative density of water extraction concentrated solution and the time of alcohol precipitation on baicalin transfer rate was investigated. Result: The optimum condition of water extraction technology of Liyan granule was as follows: adding 10 times of water, extracting three times for one hour each time. The optimum condition of alcohol precipitation technology was as follows: combining the filtrated water extraction solution, concentrating to a relative density of 1.13 - 1.15 (80℃), add ethanol to make alcohol content of 70%, standing for 12 hours. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is stable and feasible, which provides the basis and reference for the production of Liyan granules.
