摘要
目的:研究黄根单体(HG2、HG3、HG4)对大鼠肝星状细胞(HSC-T6)增殖的抑制作用以及诱导其凋亡的影响。方法:采用四甲噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测黄根单体对HSC-T6的增殖的抑制作用,并运用流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡率。结果:单体HG3可诱导HSC-6发生凋亡,对其增殖具有抑制作用,且具有剂量依赖性;而单体HG2和单体HG4对大鼠HSC-6表现出较弱的抑制和诱导凋亡作用。结论:黄根的蒽醌类成分能抑制HSC-T6细胞增殖并诱导其发生凋亡,从而发挥抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Prismatomeris connata Y. Z. Ruan. Monomers on Rat Hepatic Stellate Cell ( HSC- T6). Methods: MTr assay was used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of the drugs on HSC-T6 , flow cytometry were applied to measure the cell apoptosis. Results: HG3 not only could inhibit proliferation of HSC-T6 cells in concentration manners, but also could induce apoptosis of HSC-T6 cells. HG2 and HG4 showed a slight effect on the Proliferation apoptosis in Rat Hepatic Stellate Cell. Conclusion: The Prismatomer- is connata Y. Z. Ruan. Monomers can inhibit the proliferation of HSC-T6 cells and induce apoptosis, wihch show the therapeutical effects on hepatic fibrosis.
