摘要
目的探讨联合用药对治疗春季卡他性角结膜炎的临床效果。方法将2014年5月—2016年5月于该院接受治疗的172例春季卡他性角结膜炎患者作为研究对象,对比采用盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液(对照组,86例)与那素达滴眼液联合盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液(观察组,86例)的在不同时段临床疗效、患者症状与体征评分。结果观察组患者在治疗12周后有效率达到了98.84%;对照组则为72.09%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在症状评分方面,观察组在用药2周后评分为(2.34±2.10)分,明显低于对照组的(5.06±1.41)分,且对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在体征评分方面,观察组在用药1周后评分为(13.97±3.67)分,明显低于对照组的(16.85±7.32)分,且对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上在治疗春季卡他性角结膜炎时,可采用那素达滴眼液联合盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液的治疗方法,能够起到快速稳定,有效控制患者的各项症状与体征状况,可在临床上予以大力推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of ombined medication in treatment of vernal catarrhal keratocon- junctivitis. Methods 172 cases of patients with vernal catarrhal keratoconjunctivitis treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 86 cases in each, the control group adopted the olopatadine eye drops, the observation group adopted the naphcon eye drops and olopatadine eye drops, and the clinical curative effect, symptoms and body signs scores at different time periods were compared between the two groups： Results The effective rate after 12 weeks in the observation group was 98.84% and in the control group was 72.09%, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance （P〈0.05）, after 2-week medication, the score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group [（2.34±2.10）scores vs （5.06±1.41）scores], and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, after 1-week medication, the score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, [（13.97±3.67）scores vs （16.85±7.32）scores], and the difference was obvious with statistical significance by comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinic, the naphcon eye drops and olopata- dine eye drops in treatment of vernal catarrhal keratoconjunctivitis can rapidly, steadily and effectively control various symptoms and body signs of patients, which should be greatly promoted.
