摘要 工程机械用钢板在T形焊接后出现Z向裂纹,造成大量零件报废。通过对裂纹形成的原因进行试验分析,发现钢板中硫化物夹杂聚集是产生裂纹的主要原因,提高钢的洁净度是有效的解决方法。经过钢成分微调,降低碳和其他合金元素含量,严格控制硫元素含量,同时优化炼钢工艺,控制钢中夹杂物数量及形态,调整二冷水量和铸机拉速,对混浇坯进行合理划分,增加轧制压缩比,钢板内部质量得到明显改善,未再出现裂纹缺陷。 Z-directional cracks occur on steel plate for construction machinery after T type welding,resulting in a large number of rejected parts. The results of tests and analysis on the cracking causes show that sulfide inclusion congregation in steel plate is the major cause of the cracks and improving steel cleanliness is an effective solution. Steel plate soundness is significantly improved and no more cracks occur by taking various measures to trim steel composition,reducing contents of carbon and other alloying elements,stringent controlling sulfur content,optimizing steelmaking process,controlling the number and shape of inclusion in steel,adjusting secondary cooling water flow and casting speed,rationally distinguishing mixed casting slab of different steel grades,increasing rolling reduction.
